Position: Supply Chain Reporting Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO
Description: This Supply Chain Reporting Analyst position is responsible for providing analytics to the Customer Service & Supply Chain Departments along with facilitating the reporting aspects of the Audit Controls for the Customer Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure success of department
- Utilize advanced Office Macro or Visual Basics Programming to automate reports and optimize processes
- Develop and monitor SAP reports as necessary to measure business process effectiveness
- Assist in developing and running reports to assist with Marketing and Sales
- Create and refresh Business Warehouse Report
- Maintain and monitor weekly and monthly Customer Service specific reports
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the customer service department
- Audit
- Maintain Customer Service Audit controls
- Run Monthly reports to comply with Audit controls
- Ensure consistent processes
- Determine best practices
- Improve processes whenever possible
- Maintain training documentation
- Develop and implement a proficient training and development program to maximize new and existing CAS’s work potential
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as work with teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, electronic)
- Experience in domestic and export/import order management processes a plus
- Windows-based computer skills required -advanced MS Excel skills, SAP/BW knowledge and experience. Advanced Macro or Visual Basics Programing experience preferred.
