Responsibilities
Coordinates and implements the delivery of FITT’s products and services to all customers, including but not limited to educational and certification programs, memberships and workshops.
This role is responsible for:
- Implementation of the delivery of FITT’s products and services, including but not limited to educational and certification programs, memberships and workshops
- Implementing activities related to individual certifications; logistical and administrative processes regarding all existing and new educational partners; educational partner relations; course exemptions; and certification (examination) processes and compliance.
- Implementing activities related to individual memberships; logistical and administrative processes regarding all existing and new members, and member relations.
- Supports program operations, communications and administration for all customers and potential customers
- Development and maintenance of policies, assessment procedures and administrative practices to support all customers
- Conducts ongoing evaluation of all programs, products and services (content and administration) to ensure FITT delivers value and client reuse and referral of FITT
- Assisting in the development of financials for the unit and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency.
- Provides input into the development of new products and services, and updates to existing product and services
- Supports FITT in client/supplier meetings and other events as required
- Supports efforts of the Certification and Accreditation Committee
- Tracking of programs, products, services, certification, and examination statistics
- Reviews internal and external documentation and recommends updates as necessary (i.e. overviews, agreements, partner and membership processes & procedures)
- Provides seamless customer service by responding to customer needs
- Supports the promotion and marketing of all FITT products, services, memberships and partnerships
- Other duties as required

Knowledge and Experience:
- Post-secondary education or equivalency in a relevant program
- Familiarity with and knowledge of educational industry trends and delivery methods; (i.e. e-learning, blended learning approaches, learning management systems, certification tracking tools, online examinations), relationship management within the academic realm
- Proficient computer skills for database, email, Excel, word processing, presentation development, internet
- Experience in coordinating and supporting professional training/certification and membership programs
- Experience working within either an association and/or educational environment
- Experience and flexibility in handling multiple issues and activities and coping with a demanding workload
- Proven ability to work in a partnership environment
- Effective communicator, both writing and orally
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French
